Paldo was born in 1983 with a bold vision: to bring the comforting flavors of Korean food to every table. Our journey started with a single ramen factory and a passion for taste that went beyond borders. “Paldo” means “eight provinces” in Korean, a symbol of unity and diversity that still inspires us today.
From our very first product, Bibimmen—Korea’s original cold and spicy noodle—we’ve embraced innovation rooted in tradition. Over the years, we’ve crafted iconic favorites like Kokomen a soothing white broth chicken ramen, and sweet drinks like Birak Sikhye. Every flavor we develop is a reflection of our heritage, our creativity, and our desire to share the soul of Korean food with the world.

In 2010, we opened Paldo America in California to serve our growing U.S. community. Since then, we’ve seen our noodles on family dinner tables, our aloe drinks in lunchboxes, and our Pororo juices in the hands of smiling kids. But global growth means more than numbers.
